After graduating from Tante Marie Cookery School with distinction I worked for 12 years as a head chef onboard private and charter yachts. I travelled extensively experiencing many international cuisines. I have had the opportunity to cook for Royalty, Heads of State and Hollywood Stars.
​
It was the freshness and vibrant flavours of the Mediteranean which really inspired me and ignited my passion for fresh produce. Having settled in the South of France, I started to work as a freelance chef in the many beautiful villas from Monaco to St Tropez. I have now been established as a traiteur for 8 years and have since catered for many weddings, corporate events and private parties for all nationalities.

I work alongside a team of loyal and dedicated staff. We are calm with a happy disposition and work well under pressure which has ensured ever increasing repeat business.
